I’ve also developed and designed various campaigns. From concept to creation. Each one started with a clear message and a deep understanding and research of the audience. The goal was always to find the right balance between strategy and creativity: telling a story that resonates while standing out visually.
Whether it was a brand launch, recruitment campaign, or awareness project, I focused on creating strong, recognizable concepts that connected with the brand.
Most of these campaigns revolved around employer branding, where the focus shifts from products and services to people and culture. Each project started with understanding what makes a company a great place to work. Focussing on its values, its atmosphere, and the stories behind its people.From there, I translated those insights into a visual and narrative identity. Whether through campaigns, storytelling, or design, the goal was always the same: to make employees feel seen and future colleagues feel inspired.
